In addition to any manufacturer’s warranties, Chesapeake Construction Inc. warrants all materials and labor provided by us to be free of defects for a period of one year from the date of the completion of your project. (Please see the Owner Responsibilities section)

In order to better serve you, we encourage a regular dialogue with you by way of our “Owner Feedback” system. Our design team member will explain this unique system to you at the first meeting

- Carries $1,000,000 Property Damage & Liability Insurance
- Holds Residential “C” License and Commercial “B” License
- Provides clients with the American Institute of Architects Contractors Qualification Statement, a document detailing information on our banking, insurance, licenses, professional qualifications and references.
- Escorts you to previously completed Chesapeake Construction Inc. projects for your inspection
- Provides consistent job supervision and inspection
- Maintains and “In-House” customer service department
- Guarantees job site neatness during construction and complete clean up and trash haul upon completion.
- Guarantees all our materials and service suppliers are professionals, carrying insurance and licenses and providing lien waiver protection to our clients.
